Hyper Spray: Finish the game two times and then begin a new game. Go to the motor home on the south side to find the hyper spray.

Chainsaw: Beat the game on normal action difficulty and normal puzzle difficulty. Now start a new game and check out the logs next to the cemetery at the beginning to find the chainsaw.
