Unlock Bonus Missions

Unverified. Unlock bonus missions (there are three) on the Bonus Mission screen by doing the following button exercises:

Bonus One ... SELECT (hold) - L + R (together) - L + R (together) - L + R (together) - L + R (together)

Bonus Two ... SELECT (hold) - L - L - R - R

Bonus Three ... SELECT (hold) - L - R - L - R
