Unlockable: EX-M.Bison and Final-Vega

You must go through "Arcade Mode" once. Next, go to the character select screen, then select over to M.Bison or Balrog and enter "Select."

Unlockable: Shin Gouki

You must complete "Arcade Mode" with Evil Ryu. Then go to the select menu, got to Gouki and hit "Select."

Unlockable: Status Plus

You must complete Arcade Mode with a World Tour character.
