At the vehicle selection screen, press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, SQUARE, X, very quickly.

Beat a championship race with a class C drift car (i.e., Pickster) to unlock the C12.

On the main menu, press SQUARE, SQUARE, UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, L2, R2, L1, R1.

At the vehicle select screen, quickly press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, X, CIRCLE, SELECT, START. You have to enter this code quickly for it to work.
