Cheats while Playing
You can cheat while playing the game by hitting the ~ (Tilde) button.
Type: GIVE and hit enter.
A list of items will appear. Just above the list of items the game just gave you is a sample of how you are supposed to enter the codes. Example: "give health 100" No Parenthesis. This will restore your health to 100.
Console Cheat Codes
During gameplay, hit the "~" key and then enter one of the following codes:

You Wanted the Cheats You've Got the Cheats!
First of all, start a new game and enter your name at the User's Profile screen. Now, Quit. Open your Windows explorer, open the Psycho folder. Find the folder called Profiles. Open it and find your profile. (If this is your first profile then there will only be one profile to choose from. It'll look like this: (your profile name).cfg. Open the file and find the 60th line down. It'll say: "Developer" "0", change the "0" to a "1". Now restart the game.
This time when you start select Setup from the Main Menu.
Now choose Keyboard.
At the bottom of this menu are two new Menu Subjects: HUD Toggles and Game Cheats.
You can bind keys to your cheats the same way you re-map your Keyboard.
*Note: If you start a new game with a new User Profile, you'll have to perform the steps all over again to get the cheat menu.
