The 5th truck level
The 4th lily pad level
The 2nd leaf level
The 1st crank level
The 3rd bat level
The 5th cloud level
The 3rd bony fish level
The 4th cactus level
The temple in the banana level

Infinite Lives

Pause the game and type NO MORE ROAD SPLATS. Make sure you include the spaces.

Infinite Time

Pause the game, press Caps Lock and type: TIME FLIES WHEN YOURE HAVING TROUBLE

Invincibility

To get invinsibility, pause the game and type, I AM THE KING OF THE WORLD you will hear a noise and you cannot die, if you fall off an edge, you will be placed back up by a white angel frog.

Level Select

To unlock all levels, pause the game, press CAPS LOCK, then type WAY TOO HARD FOR THE LIKES OF ME.

Zone Select

To unlock all zones, pause the game, press CAPS LOCK, then type SHOW ME MORE ZONES PLEASE.
