Choose either Magneto or Iceman. Magneto is more favorable though. Against the two Super Armor fiends such as Colossus and Mecha Zangeif (Zangeif in the Super Armor Transformation.) Do a Fierce grab so they get engulfed and trapped in Ice/Metal and then perform a "Snapback" move. Against Colossus, he will be knocked out of the screen and returned with his Super Armor gone. Mecha Zangeif will remain invisible unless he performs a Special move. You can also hit the invisible armored Zangeif and you will just see hitting animations.
Set the game in Training Mode and let it sit--every minute you let the game sit will earn you more points used for unlocking characters and costumes. You can earn up to 9,999 points at a time doing this.
With Juggernaut, perform his "Power-Up" move by pressing FORWARD, DOWN, DOWN-FORWARD + two punches. Then, without doing anything else, tag Juggernaut out. For the rest of the fight, Juggernaut will be powered up, unless you perform the Power-Up move again.
Description: In one of the stages, there is a noticably giant clock in the background. This clock actually changes time. Though it isn't random, and can be adjusted.
- How it is done: The clock reads off the DC's system clock. So if you want the clock to read a specific time, then simply go to the DC options menu (press X + Y + A + B + Start or turn on your DC without a game in the tray) and change the clock to whatever you'd like the MvsC2 stage clock to read.
- Description: In mid play, it is possible to switch the descending order in which the characters are used. Such as character 1, character 2, and character 3 can be alternated so that it is character 2, character 3, and then character 1 or character 3, character 1, and then character 2.
- How it is done: During the versus screen, hold the "L Trigger" to pick character 2 to switch places with character 1 (so that it goes from 1 - 2 - 3 to 2 - 3 - 1) or hold the "R Trigger" to pick character 3 to switch places with character 1 (so that it goes from 1 -2 - 3 to 3 - 1 - 2).
